Travel2Be do not reimburse customers even when airlines reimburse them

Travel2be withhold money due to customers. I booked 6 tickets on egypt airlines through travel 2be. The airflight was cancelled; and I followed the reimbur*****t guidelines on egypt air website. I have made contact with Egypt air who have confirmed that they have paid travel2be. Following this I contacted to travel2be, who initially requested banking details; however have bever reimbursed and now do not answer mails at all - effectively keeping my money.
