Travel2be are *******

This is the most ********** online travel company in the world. We booked a family holiday to Thailand for June with Travel2be (via skyscanner app). We have been trying to get our money back from Travel2be since March, when we realized we would not be able to travel due to Covid19. I have been led in circles; each email a different excuse. Qatar airlines have confirmed on multiple occasion that the tickets have been refunded to Travel2be, but yet Travel2be deny the refund. The lates rediculous email I received was to tell me that Qatar airlines has liquidated and I need to wait for my money. They are ***** and *******... never book with them. I will not give up with trying to get my money back. I will raise a bank dispute and I will keep emailing them until they give me my money back
