STAY AWAY!!!! I would give them a zero if I could. I wish I had looked them up prior to booking. If you are going to book with them, make 100% sure of your travel plans. Don't take any of their additional services/insurances! They are bogus. It's cheaper to book with the airline and make changes to your flight. If you need to change your booking it costs 530 Euro so rather stay away from them. I don't think any airline should allow themselves to be affiliated with Travel2Be. Terrible service! Cancellations have to be made 24hours in advance and take almost a month - the airline lets you do it anyway if you book through them any time before your flight. The airline cannot make any adjustments to tickets booked through Travel2Be.
