Sickening business practices

I concur with most people's experience here. This company isn't functional at all. Their service is very poor. I regret ever using them. I will spread the news and ensure that as many people as possible won't use them. Down with their poor service. They don't qualify to be a company, but rather a ****. This is what I feel at the moment. They couldnt just effect changes on my wife's ticket that she was supposed to use today. This is absolutely nonsense. I can't lose a return ticket like this.
