DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH THIS PROVIDER!

I recently booked a flight with them and, owing to personal circumstances, had to change the dates. That is when my troubles began. Their turnaround times on email are ********** and they almost deliberately don't have a functional call centre to address issues arising. I also tried to call their +34 number in Spain and no one attends to that. They couldn't successfully change the dates that I requested despite my indicating numerous times that the link they had sent me to effect this change was still showing me the old dates. This in spite of the fact that I had agreed to pay the additional penalties that they indicated would come with the change of dates. So I couldn't make the payment after several attempts. I then requested for a refund which they said their policy didn't allow. The end result? I'm out $240.00 and I'm unable to travel, have not been able to change my dates, have gnashed my teeth through their deception for customer service and there is no recourse. Travel2Be, you have to get serious if you want to stay in the business! This is unacceptable, and in time you're going to lose a lot of business if you don't move a notch up from ****py!
