Trip to Vietnam in March cancelled by Travel zone

We were relegated from the Vietnam tour in March, supposedly as a family wanted the tour to themselves. Went to her office to get a refund and was pressured into taking the same tour at the SAME cost in September. After a few months contacted Delene and was informed that only the air transport needs to be arranged. Mr banks was constantly in contact but no further progress had been made. Received a letter to say Vietnam trip was cancelled and boat trip was offered which Delene maintained was agreed by Mr Banks (not true he wanted details of trip). Boat trip only a few hours in two ports of Vietnam and cost EXTRA R11,000.00 in December three months after the D day. If a similar trip cannot be arranged in 4 months, two months is to short to arrange an overseas trip. Again requested refund but was ignored. <br> We have a letter from Delele stating that if the Vietnam tour is cancelled she will refund the tour cost. If we do not hear from her in the near future the matter will be taken further at Travel Zones' costs. In 40 years of travel we have never had this predicament with other travel agents.
