****!!! Don't use the travel agency.

We booked our trip to Knysna 16 months ago and it was paid in full by July. I kept asking for updates about the flight info and whether everything is ready, Lydia agreed. 3 days before the trip in September she tells me that flights are expensive due to school holidays so we need to choose another date. We postponed the trip to 28th October and gave her a full month to do damage control. 3 days before the trip again she tells us that the flights are not booked because they are too expensive due to Khulula and Mango no longer operating.

She then promised to book us a shuttle to Knysna from Johannesburg, which is 12 hours away. The day before the trip she tells us that she can't book the shuttle anymore she doesn't have money so she will book us a bus, we must be at park Station at 3pm.

When we asked for a refund she gave us a run around and said she'll pay us back in installments over 4 months . We gave her a total of R45500 and are not confident that we'll get it back.

Don't give your money to this lady. She is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Her packages are false advertising.
