Refund from Travel with travellers

We booked a weekend getaway with Travel with travellers in March 2019. They cancelled on us a day before we were due to leave for the trip telling us that we were the only people who reserved on that particular day and told us to choose another date.

We refused and demanded our money and they told us they do not refund. We chose another date still the same story and we further chose another date and still it was the same story.

We then found the numbers of the person who owns Senate Bush Camp in Nelispruit and we told them the problem we had with the travelling agency and the lady said she will make sure we get our money mid July 2019 but we contacted her and she said we will get the money end of July.

I proceeded to post on Facebook asking for our money since we tried countless times to get in contact with them but they ignored us.

Now they are saying they will refund us in 4 equal installments whilst we paid R4400.00 in full.

They have been unprofessional, dishonest and do not care about consumers. We just want our money back.
