Poor service and not caring about customers

Travel with travellers is a travelling agency i heard about through a friend that they have a trip to Namibia. We paid the deposit and on time paid balance. We were ready to go itenenary was sent to us and very excited. On the day of departure we went to OR Tambo and when we tried to check in we were told that there was a group booking but it was cancelled the explanation from the organizers did not make sense at all. They sat at the airport pretending that they are sorting things out and eventually told us they cannot get ia a flight they will have to refund us. Few days later we find out that other people went on vacation with our monies and they didn't even bother to proper apologies and we saw all this on their Facebook. They hurt us emotionally and didn't even show any remorse. Their customer service sucks they are crucks please never ever use them they are not professional. And we are still waiting for refunds.
