Excellent Service Received

Had great experience with my family using TravelVoucher. Rene gave best service, she kept me up to date all the time from the time I made a booking, to us checking in at The Peninsula Hotel and checked up with us even after we had came back, will sure recomend them to family and friends,I was not happy about not being able to call their offices though but I understood when Rene explained the preasure they get from volumes of calls from outside but just wished their company would set up a department that handles inbound calls from customers in future though ,it would put customers at ease especially when you are about to transfer lot of cash to someone you cannot be able to reach but other than that the service was excellent
