Travel up - you will spiral down!! Do NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENT!

<p>Travelup is a booking agent (*******) who does not deliver on promises on the website and they ***** your money. My booking was 382.48 (2% cc fee included) and they charged me 406 Pound. That is R600.00 in SA money. My bank assured me that no costs were added on their side, and that the online agent put the amount in.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them and spoke to a guy who were were grumpy and told me the 24 hour free cancellation (fully refundable) is also not true. If I cancel it will cost me more that 100 Pound to cancel. So I am stuck. I asked my bank to investigate and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not use them, they add money to the amount and you have no way of getting it back - so you buy a ticket for much more money than what you thought you were going to pay. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p>
