I got ****med by a travel agency.

I got this agency on Tiktok, called Vacations SA, texted them on WhatsApp to book the trip to Bela Bela, Bush Villa which amounted to R5200 for the weekend. I texted them on WhatsApp and they told me I needed to secure the place with a 50% deposit. I paid more than 50%, I paid R4000 because it was the money the ladies had contributed for the trip. We (agency & I) agreed I’d pay the remainder of the money on the day of the trip, I did so which was R1200. When we had to leave Johanesburg for Bela Bela, I asked for the codes and location and they responded saying they double booked the villa could we please come the following week. Spoke to my family and we agreed to it. On the 1st of December when we were taking our trip to Bela Bela, I contacted the agency requesting the location and entering details, their phones were off and they blocked me on WhatsApp. Till today I cannot get ahold of them. I have proof of conversations and all proof of payments. This is the number they posted on their tiktok +***2
