Refund request

In Sep17 my husband and I attended a presentation in Fourways- I was very sceptical of all that was to offer, however we walked away that evening having paid for a membership. The next morning after changing our minds I emailed Karen Oelofse with a request for refund. I also called her and she was extremely polite and friendly only asking the reason for changing my mind. She forwarded my request to HO and within 7 days the refund was reflected on my credit card. I was quite nervous about the chances of receiving a refund but it came through and I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly attitude of all staff I came in contact with.
