Not delivered what was promised
We looked for accommodation in 2010 and the accommodation that was supp**** was twice as much as what we where prepared to pay and we had family that came over from the USA we eventually sourced our own accommodation then in 2012 we again sourced our own accommodation as we knew that Travel Quest would not be a viable option as they will find us the most expensive accommodation in Mozambique. We have been trying to get our money back or part of it but to no avail, they do not even give us a free weekend away as they are in breach of contract and has not lived up to their sales pitch of affordable accommodation. We are still trying since 2010 to get our money back but they do not budge. They do not even inform us of any specials or of affordable accommodation in South Africa. But every year clock wise they will take R964.21 for their yearly levy on top of the R10 000 that we paid initially. Be careful people as these contracts are made out for a period of 20 years and you might never see your money again.

We take note of your complaint that we supp**** accommodation twice as expensive as you could get! Can you please supply us with your quotes and invoices for your holiday and then we can compare our prices that we charge and publish it here for all to see ! Also we do not work with every resort in the world as our members demand a certain standard of accommodation, so yes there is properties and holidays that falls outside these perimeters, but if a member wants whats not on our database we can negotiate with the resort for a better rate. We did not breach any contracts and we do sent every 2 weeks specials to all members via email, so we suggest that you inform us if you have a new email address so you can also receive all the specials!
