Conned by smooth talking sales
My husband and I attended a presentation in Jhb South on 18 Oct '14. I wasn't particularly interested as I already have points through Dream Vacations. The vouchers you offer also held no particular value as I already have access to discounted travel products through my own employer. It wasn't until Wesley explained that the annual subscription for my Dream Vacation points would be settled by Leisure Travel International at no additional cost that I became interested in your offer. This sounded too good to be true so I repeatedly questioned him on this particular point. I even went to the extent of asking how your company recoups costs and issues a profit if you're able to pay my subscription. He assured me that this was in fact the case and monies were recovered through your supplier recoveries.
Monday the 20 Oct'14 I emailed a copy of my Dream Vocationstatement to Eugene Kruger the Sales Managers.
23 Oct'14 he responed by confirming receipt of my statement. . In Feb'15 I informed them I wanted to cancel my contract because o f mislead sales pitch. This point I was informed that I will lose full amount paid R18 910. Jan'15 I was informed that my levies will not be paid by LT
