Unacceptable

<p>I booked a whale watching tour at Travel Point Africa. They sms'd me after 17h00 the Friday evening to ask if I will still attend the following day. I rep**** yes I will be there. When I reviewed the booking - I saw they will inform you where to be at, which didn't happen. I sms'd them back on the number they sms'd me from, asking where and what time I should be at. </p> <p>At about 21h30 (the evening before the whale watching tour) they sms me to say that the tour have been cancelled due to 3 people that cancelled - they can't take only 2 people. </p> <p>This is unacceptable - I tried phoning, sms'd them and emailed them. No response yet. Their landline - nobody answers and the cellphone number goes straight to voicemail. Oh and the cancellation policy says you must cancel 24 hours beforehand or you loose your booking (and money for that matter) - so why if they still receive their income - can't they take you on the tour and what company informs you that time of the evening and on such short notice after all your arrangements have been made.</p> <p> </p>
