De*****ing clients of money in order to make payments for other clients

Dear hello Peter, firstly thank you for the great service, I would like to report the following travel agencies 365 Oasis holidays and Travel kiosk these 2 work together and they take people's money for travel but don't book their accommodation or flights, we were meant to travel via them whereby all funds were paid in full last year September, on the last week towards our travel on 16th of March and on the day of travel we had absolutely no flight tickets or what's so ever, we called among 3 couples that were to travel together for all necessary documents but nothing at all. We went to their offices and were promised that all is in order but nothing, we ended up putting money together for flights which we flew out on a Sunday and not Saturday, out of R41 500 that we paid well in advance we have been given only 15 000 cash to date and we still don't get any feedback at all about our refund. None the less we had fun despite more costs we encured after doing everything ourselves and specific poeple running these agents are Sommaya Vachiat (365 Oasis holidays) and Nassira (travel kiosk) I urge poeple to please please I beg you do not ever consider these 2 agencies at all and no matter what please, there was crying, stress that was experienced, they are ********** and work from their homes which I know both exactly where they are
