Travel In Time Phoenix Plaza.

A few months ago i took my watch for a battery change. they did not know how to open the back cover of my water resistance watch and it broke. i had to pay additional funds for them to replace the entire mechanism. i was unaware that the mechanism damages was caused due to them trying to open the back cover until i took my watch for a new battery 2 weeks ago.

i watched the lady try to open the back cover with the amount of force used the watch flew onto the floor, when she picked up the watch in front of me the band was broken she told me that the needles has moved and they have to keep it a while

The next day she called and tried to pin the damages to me but when i told her that she had installed the new mechanism she had a change in heart and said she will repair the watch. a few days later she has been asking for my previous receipt because they cant find thier books.

i told them that they dropped the watch and it broke and i saw that the watch was dropped and that lady said that she would never drop the watch and if she did the glass would break (***?) she then said that she is fasting for purtassi and will not lie (***? i saw her drop the watch and i was accompanied by another individual who saw everything also)

she tried to make me pay for a new mechanism and a new band. once i mentioned that i will refer this to my lawyers she again had a change in heart and said that she will sort it out

A few days later i proceeded to the store and the employees was not suprised as they all openned their hugh eyes at me. i picked up my watch and walked out. upon further inspection i noticed the point were the band was snapped and also additional damages. This was has more sentimental value than anytime else i trusted them but they tried to Rob me - terrible!

i advise everybody not to use this store, this experience is shocking, this lady used her fasting and religion just to lie and yet i saw everyting
