Refund my money

Funds was deducted from my credit card without my permission. They promised from October 2020 to date that they will sent sent me administration document nothing as I requested refund my R2750 which they deducted on the 29/10/2020 and also to sent me the recordings but nothing is happening. I have send them mails without any response.
