Not so Travelling in Style

Linda sold me a Travel in Style membership over the phone during 2020. I have until today not received any email from them, I did however receive a card, delivered to my home. I never got a chance to "use" it. On the 14th of May 2021, I was contacted to renew my membership and upgraded to the Platinum package, which would allow for international travel. I was promised an email with vouchers and I was asked to send my slips from dining at places like M&B and Spur to the email address, in order to receive cash back. R4265 was promptly charged to my card. I am still waiting for any email from them. Last week Diane phoned me, while I was driving, telling me she was changing my package back to Corporate (which cost me around R2500 in 2020), I told her I already paid for Platinum. This morning, I got notification of R2335 charged to my card for Travel in Style! I have been trying to get hold of them all morning, when Diane finally answered the phone. She told me that the Corporate package is R6600 and that is why the charged the extra amount. I asked her how the Corporate package I was supposedly on before cost R2500 in 2020 and now costs R6600? I told her I want my money back, I have not ever used this membership, she said I must just phone whenever I want to go somewhere, to make a booking and checked my email address, because I should have received an email from them a long time ago. I told her I want my money back, but she just kept on telling me about the 2 free nights I get on the Corporate package and I can tell her now where I want to go and she will do the booking. She did not respond to my request for a refund.
