I have never been embarrassed or disgraced as I was faced with the situation while checking into Southern Sun this pass weekend. I was faced with this situation due to the lack of *********** staff working at Travel in Style. The company is well informed of the payment policy and deliberately made payment late after southern sun informing Lulu from the company to follow their link to make immediate payment so I would not be faced with issues the next day she still refused to comply. I was faced with much embarrassment and humiliation and was forced to make the outstanding payment at check in. I am now faced with hassles to receive my payment refund from Southern Sun due to the late payment from Travel in style. Once again Travel in style does not communicate or apologize and chooses to ignore telephone calls through they caller identity. Their management team is irresponsible and *********** which has led to poor service delivery from every staff at that company.
