Easy to take your money, bad service and empty promises

I have taken an policy that was sold to me by one of their agents Anette. Money was taken off my account. Booked a weekend in 23 September 2022, been away and send in the invoice for rebate as mentioned by will be done by agent. Have contacted them numerous time for rebate. Promised to pay rebate 15 October 2022, 15 November 2022 and December 2022. When messaging agent the excuse given that admin department will contact me, no rebate and empty promises. When phoning the offices you are not able to get through to reception, sales or administration. Please be aware of this company worh their empty promises.
