cancellation and refund

I have taken a Travel policy and wanted to cancel within 30 days of the policy. They debit my bank account in January 2022 to to-date no feedback and no one returned my call. Every time after calling my call gets transferred or the person is no longer working there or they are in a meeting. No joy since January. May Hellopeter assist me in this regard.
