Travel House SA is a BIG ****

I booked with Travel House SA during the shortleft travel week. Booking dates 29th Nov to 3rd Dec at a resort at Clarens. After I booked Gretchen confirmed payment received and then vanished. A week before travel dates I contacted the resort and they did not have my booking. I've been trying to contact thos Travel House SA for months, I even asked the Bank to reverse my payment and the Bank advise the account has insufficient funds so I must contact Gretchen. I can never get hold of anyone from Travel House SA. This is a BIG ****.
