******** i want my money i booked my familys flights with and my hotel booked

I am booked for Seasons Resort from 13th to 18th January for a premium villa 8 sleeper. I have been speaking to Jenna-Lee Rolando if that's her correct name and also the owner Gretchen Moodley. And all the time last year they told me about Gretchen father passing away so their operations were disturbed i was sympathetic n understood. Before i could book my flights for me; Husband; 5 kids from Kruger International airport to OR Tambo i confirmed with them and they said they will send me confirmation as soon as possible now they are ignoring my emails; my whatsapps and messages. I cant get through to them via calls all the numbers do not work. They surely do not know who they are dealing with this time around they are used to ******** people i have found a lot of people complaining about them ******** them for different locations and holidays. I have all necessary documents and proof. I will sue them, they will pay me back for my flights and Everything. I will sue them on their personal capacity i have found Gretchen on Linkedin and i will do this for all other people they have managed to **** their hard earned cash and gotten away with it. ********!!! What do i tell my kids now!
