**** **** I would like to lodge a complaint about TravelHouse SA a travel agency with offices in KZN owned by a lady named Ms Gretchen Moodley.

I made a reservation for accommodation to Clarens Kiara Lodge for 6 - 10 December and the Travel Agent was so quick in response requesting a payment. Deposit was made and no confirmation of the booking has been received. Balance of the payment was also done and Gretchen confirmed received of payment.

I tried several times to contact the Travel Agent who was dealing with my booking ( Nadia) via the communication channels provided on their website with no response. I even searched the owner of the company and contacted her.

She promised to send the confirmation after 7 days and that has not happened and she is not responding to any of my calls , messages and emails.
