We have booked for accomodation with travel House, deposit was paid then later we paid the balance so the whole amount was paid. After this they just dissapeared on us, did not answer our whatsapp messages and the phone was always off. I finally got hold of the lady and she gave me a number of the owner and his name is Gretchen. I contacted him and he said I must send an email. After that I was ignored, I got hold of the lady again on WhatsApp and asked if they cant just give us a different holiday destination but taking the amount we paid into consideration, she's been giving me the run around now her WhatsApp doesn't work again. We want our money back or they must book us at another place.
