Pathetic Unprofessional ********

We made a payment to Travel House SA via Bid or Buy in July 2017 for a week away at the Mabalingwe Game Lodge in Bele Bela,Limpopo

After receiving our payment of R4700 they were supposed to forward us a "Guest Reservation Certificate" so that upon our arrival at the Lodge,we experience no hassels as they make the bookings on our behalf.

We were suppose to go during the week 18th-22nd September but we didnt not cause of the Imcompetence of Travel House SA.

At first it was said that the lady who was dealing with our Bookings was on Leave,I sent an email and she responded promising to attend to the matter the following day but she didnt.

Then there was silence saying that the same lady was in an accident,she is hospitalized and her phone was damaged but when you call it,it rings.

We requested a refund as their services were pathetic and unprofessional. They said that they only process their payments on a Wednesday but our money is still not back and its now Approachimg the Third Wednesday since they said that and ever since they dont take our calls and eventually ignored all of our emails.

Im summoning the Sherriff on them.
