Excellent customer service

It's not so often that small businesses get recognized for the effort they make to provide product or service to us.

In October 2017 I found an advert on Facebook for holiday accommodation. By the time I wanted to book it had been sold.

The agent advised they will update me with further specials and made recommendations for alternative options until we settled on one.

Throughout the entire process, I would get emails with updates on the progress of my booking.

Finally 2 days before check in, I receive a sms reminding me to pack the essentials and to carry with me my ID and confirmation. My family and I spent 4 magical days at Suntide Qunu Lodge and look forward to our next trip in March 2018.

Hopefully service will still be as great.
