Don't trust this company

I have taken travel insurance with this company before embarking on my overseas travel. There was a local flight that was cancelled due to bad weather conditions, I had taken a private vehicle to get to the airport from where I could get my International flight which i did not want to miss. I have submitted a claim for missed flight and the next available flight was 24 hours later. They have come with numerous excuses not to pay. They were also copied into the e-mail I have sent to the airline.
