Travel Gen’s service is amazing. Their communication was very effective and detailed. I was impressed by an interesting booklet that they shared which included details of the trip such as the itinerary, information about the hosts, as well as dress code ideas for the journey.

During my trip to Lesotho, the hosts were very kind and open to taking pictures of us. I also liked the music that was played throughout the journey—various genres that accommodated everyone.
