Amazing trip + Comments

12 July 2025 was my first time travelling with the agency, first time travelling solo and first time travelling to Lesotho. It was an amazing trip! The host, Shirley, is very patient, from the first time I reached out to ask about the trip and everything else, she was always so helpful. That motivated me to take the 'risk' to book and travel with them. I was surprised by how awesome other solo travellers were because we just got along so well it didn't even feel like I was one! The driver was amazing too, never did I feel like things could go wrong. The buses were on time for pick up and even though we got late at some points - it wasn't out of schedule. Thank you Travel Generation. Just a few comments for improvement: I do wish they could offer everyone an opportunity to take professional pictures as sent on the group (only a few people were taken). Also, the hosts need to be firm with time - for example, when we have a break stop - firmly mention for how long so that we all stick to time and not have to wait for too long for people. That was exhausting, having to wait for too long with every stop. Agreeing on time gives everyone a responsibility to do things timely.

Nonetheless, I am happy with my trip and hope to travel with the agency again ❣️❤️
