Wrongly debited

on the 28th February 2015 I got an sms that and amount of R550.00 was deducted on my account by Sage, on the 2 March I called Sage and they referred me to Travel Free, I asked this company if agreed with this debit order till today they cannot prove to that I agree with this deduction, I spoke to Lean the supervisor and Menas which they cannot help and prove that I did authorise this debit. I Asked for their address sothat I can personal go there to solve this they cannot give me their details.
