Taking ellegal debit orders!!!!

Travel freedom phoned me saying they offer free holidays with no costs it sounded like a **** and i said i'm not interested!! The lady said she will send me the package no costs. I said no thanks. Then she dropped the call i never gave any permission for a debit order anf now they took 2 debit orders to the value of 499.00 taking the food out of my childs mouth really i will take this to every newspaper possible!!!! This is one big ****!!!! They better refund me asap as this is ellegal and on tape where i said No!!!!
