Debiting my account without my approval

got a call from an indian lady Saturday morning end of August and she says its womens month and they are sending out vouchers of some sort and she would like my postal address in order to send me this voucher. I told her that i'm not interested she insisted and eventually I gave her my postal address, the next thing she is reading me my bank account details, my ID number and so forth. i'm still in shock and asking her where she got my details from as i'm still asking her how she got my details she says thank you and she hangs up the phone. the next thing end of September a debit order of R400 goes off my account! I had to go to the bank to reverse it, then get the details of this company Travel Freedom and call them. I called them and spoke to a lady called Angel and I told her what happened, she told me that they will listen to recording of the call and call me back within 72hours. I waited and waited for the call, today other debit goes off for R400, I call them on *** and to my surprise its Angel who answers the phone again, I tell her that they didn't call me back and another debit order has gone off my account. she says I must go to bank and reverse it. **** and *******
