Bad service travelling with Inter Link buses, in the 20th of December 2019, I bought bus ticket in park station at 7:30 for my wife and 3 kids to Durban and departure time was 8:45 But bus left Johannesburg at around 11:00 , to reach Durban at abou 18:00 , My Wife ran out of battery I assumed because I couldn't reach her,

my sister in law gave me the number displayed in Durban station board to call , i spoke with the lady her name was KHOLEKA, and said will track the bus do me but trust me when I called her back again said She had never spoken to me and even called me Mr Pillay instead of Phumulani, when I asked her where the bus is ? said she doesn't know gave me attitude, and hang up in me , I kept calling and there were ignoring my calls until I called them with private number, they answered, I did not get any help even asked to speak with some random lady who is actually supervised there her name YOLANDA , they refused to let me speak with her.

Remember my family was out there and don't know where or are they okay, I was actually in pain and also traumatize as things are happening.

Inter Link is useless and I will never use them and I will make sure that my family members are NOT using it as well as my Friends , There service is TERRIBLE AND DISGUSTING..
