Discovery flight dates changes

i am struggling to make flight changes since last week Friday. I am out of the country and where i am internet reception is poor,i also sent email to authorize my wife to make changes on my behalf. The flight price are even going up, and after several emails that i sent, there is no help that i am receiving. I am currently unreachable and any queries can be sent to my wife Maserame *** for further assistance.
