Tap into Metro FM Cruise Disaster!

The Metro FM cruise that took place from 7 to 11 April 2022 was the most poorly organised event I ever attended. The pre party was a disaster and the boarding process even worse. They didn't deliver on any of the advertised experiences and the Portuguese Island was a **** that was never planned to take place and the weather excuse was used. There was absolutely no client service and a complete disregard for us as paying travellers. It is clear that the travel agent used the minimum number of staff for an event of so many people. They were so inefficient and completely unavailable throughout the whole process. Calls went unanswered and important information on vaccination and testing was only sent on the morning of the 7th. Those who booked to travel by Bus were only called on the morning of travel and the bus was a taxi and not the luxury bus that was promised.
