No refund as promised

Booked a 2 way ticket, then 12hours before return trip had to ask when we are leaving but was then told the bus is broken. I then askes for a refund for half the money and was told it wont be a problem. Spoke to their office as well as the owner ans each time I am told they will let me know or they simply ignore my messages. It has been almost 3 weeks nog with still no feedback oj when I will recieve my money. I pad for a service which I did not receive and am beinf refused my money which I see as theft. When I keep messaging then they become rude and irritated like I owe them something. Would nevee recommend to anyone to use them as they are quick toe take and insist on paying for 2 way tickets. Rather use professional shuttle services with excellent customer service. Travel ants are unprofessional and think they are doing customers a favor by replying to their messages.
