One star because I cannot give them 0 starts. They are suppose to facilitate the issue of visa for my daughters school tour to Europe. I was told that there is a signature missing on the application form and I told them that I will go to their offices to fetch it on Friday so I can sign it. When I arrived there the person responsible for that had left already and when I spoke to her on the phone she told me that she will bring the form at my house on Sunday to sign. Of course she didn't. When I send a message to complain regarding what I dim to be bad service they damped the blame on me. That also goes for the owner of the business who when I spoke to him he had the attitude "suck it up" that's the way it is. Don't ever use them
