I need your assistance with a matter where I and a group of ladies have been ****med by an individual listed below owning the company stated.

Her "company" has been planning affordable trips all around Africa for young working groups and people interested in the arts and festivals being held in and around Africa. The process is you pay an amount monthly into the companies bank account for example for my fiance and I it was R 1000.00 per month as of September 2016 where the trip would've in October 2017. This we paid religously to the account and it amounted to R 10 000.00, hassle or issue began when she didn't tel us that the festivals were cancelled for this year as the trip was meant to be for Malawi this year, we found out from friends in Malawi that all such festivals were cancelled and to commense in 2019.

We asked her why she's nly telling us this around August where we already knew by June and thought the company had uodated schedule planned for us as we were still paying the funds into her account she then said she's working getting us logistics organized for a local coastal tour valued at the same amount we wited for her communication and it never came.

From July/August it has been myslef and my fiance calling her emailing her and she'd respond once in a blue moon with stories of her whereabouts, being out of the country for work and all those kinds of setbacks. We have all communication wth her via mail as well as proof of payment from our side. This has been going since the first stated time with no resolve, she communicated in saying that she will make payments in two fold paying half last week and the rest by the end of the month, this too never happened when we asked her for Proof of payment and she sent the (attached document) claiming that she has made the payment and has funds, I then made known to her that this is no proof of payment just merely a policy lapse request for pay-out which could talke anything from 0-60 days wth all risk factors reviewed. So I took to Facebook my fustration saying that I want my money and that I will not let her get away with this meaning I do everything in my power to expose and open a case against her and ensure that these funds are paid back. Little did I know the kind of response I'd get other ladies came forward saying that she had done the same to them as well and that she is very good at telling people stories and promising to pay them back and never doing so we then decided to form a group and communicate how we were going to make her pay back all our monies and ensuring that she doesn't do this to anyone else hence my email to you.

I really hope to get a response from you and your crew as Nomonde Mohapi needs to be exposed and all our money be paid back, she **** and said she'd come back on the first flight back and resolve the issue and communicated that her boss "Medupi" wants our contact details and email addresses to confirm where her request was legit why would a boss do that? What I know is that she wanted to create a bogus emailfrom her "boss" claiming her release and that payent will be made which we refused and haven't heard from her since.

I am hoping for positive feedback from you and that we get the answers and our money paid back to us as this is hard earned cash and ******** people not only is it ******ion but also *********. I have taken liberty for the group of ladies I'm representing so that if any communication takes place I will revert to them.
