We received a highly recommended referral from a friend, only to face the same issues. Stuart appears very trustworthy and presents appealing travel packages and extras. However, a day before departure, he sends a sorrowful letter filled with excuses.
We were informed via email that he would reimburse us due to personal difficulties. Unfortunately, no reimbur*****t has been received, and he has blocked us and disappeared.
