Dead grass supp****, not correcting

supposed LM Berea grass was supp**** and layed on 12.12.2014 with promised and quoted aftercare service in writing and replacement of unsuccessful areas. Travato Lawns has not been back once for seasonal aftercare service, no feedback on dead grass reported. LM Berea is the grass that grows in shade. All shady areas are dead and sun areas are alive and well. This can only mean the grass is Kukkuju which costs a third of LM Berea even though I paid full price on invoice. I have contacted him on several occations (telephone and e-mail) where empty promises are made. It is now 2 months later and Pieter does not even answer his telephone any more.
