Bad food

We went for breakfast at pretty gardens. We ordered 3 dishes along with drinks. On the first dish they did not have to components, as well as when it came out the poached eggs were so overcooked it felt like eating rubber. On the second dish which was loaded fries, the chips were soggy and undercooked, the bacon was undercooked, the cheese sauce had so flavor and ontop of that there was barely enough sauce to cover hald the prtions of chips. My grandmother ordered an omelet, after waiting the longest for the omelet out waiter came to let us know that she sent the omelet back as the one the kitchen sent out was burnt on all ends, how do you intend to send out a burnt omelet???? That said the pieces of tomato that were inside were so big in size that my grandmother struggles to each them and had to take them out one by one to cut them down to smaller pieces.

Went to politely speak to the "manager" who did not understand english or afrikaans. I then spoke to the owner/manager and they were not bothered much with my comments as i had already paid sonit didnt seem a problem.

This is not the service we deserve as customers who pay alot of meals that are not even edible. Hoping the service and food improves
