HANDED OVER TO DEBT COLLECTORS INCORRECTLY

I received a sms saying that ER24 has handed me over to Lexmed. <br> 1) I used them once and paid for the service. I have my receipts. <br> 2) nobody contacted me to inform me of any outstanding bills. <br> 3) when I initially contacted them to see how I claim back from my medical aid, the accounts lady who was supposed to get back to me never did.<br> <br> Appalled. ..
