Rude, offensive

The owner might be a true Italian, but he is a disgrace to his nation and the hospitality industry. We arrived 5 min late to collect our takeaways, to be told very rudely that they had waited more than an hour for us and the food would be spoilt. He had his facts wrong, but should also remember that the customer is always right and that he is in the HOSPITALITY industry. Disgrace - he deserves the sad, empty restaurant that it was on a Sunday at lunchtime.
