TRAPPERS POOR SERVICE

<p>I am extremely upset with the poor service of your Potchefstroom store - Mooirivier Mall. I bought a Garmin GPS (NUVI 2495) on 19 October 2012. When I bought the GPS the salesperson told me the upgrades are for free as long as I own the GPS. This morning when I took it to Trappers Potchefstroom to upgrade the maps (as I did the past 4 years), a very arrogant salesperson told me I have to pay. I inform him I was told when it was sold to me that upgrades are for free, but he treat me like **** and made me feel like I was not telling the truth. They way I was treated is unacceptable. I am an old and regular client and have spend a lot of money in this shop over the years. I feel extremely offended. Both the two white males working as salespersons in the shop this morning will do with some training from your head office on how to treat clients. It is also very unprofessional to eat your breakfast on the counter while you help clients.</p> <p>Professor Hans de Ridder</p>
