Trappers online

I order a leatherman surge online, the website said it was in stock. After more than a week with no response from Trappers, I phoned to track my order which has been paid for in full. I was moved around between people all of them saying that they are not allowed to give me the person who is handling the orders phone number. After much hassle, they came back to say that there was no stock.
