Trappers not conforming to their Terms and conditions with refunds

i was very disgusted with the level of service i received from 2 different trappers stores! i bought a R2599 pair of salomon shoes, i wanted to return them to a different trappers as to where i got them from and two different stores just refused to assist me saying "trappers is not a group of companies and that i have to return it to the store i got it from." and when i asked if there is anything they could do they just said "no go to the store you got it from" not an issue, but i got it from a store 200kms away so a trip to just exchange shoes is a issue.

im a big fan of the Trappers store but this simple transaction has turned into 2 days of fighting with Trappers so called managers!

in the Trappers terms and conditions it clearly states, and i quote directly from the website

"Should you not be satisfied with your Trappers purchase, you may return it to any of our stores, regardless of where it was purchased, for a refund or exchange subject to the following:"

Thank you Trappers Cradlestone and Cresta for your pathetic service! You will not be seeing me as a client in the future!
