Trappers Cradlestone

Trappers Cradlestone worst service ever, can not complain about service if you dont get any service. I bought clothes on the 1st of June 2022 with an invoice of R9000, a few days later the stiching on my First ascent discovery jacket got loose and there was a hole in my jacketso I took it back and asked for a new one, they wanted to give me a new one but after phoning the mannager they said they can not replace it they will send my New jacket in for repairs, so now I'm waiting for my R2500 jacket that is being repaired on the stiching that came loose. I waited a week for a phone call to tell me what is going on no one called so I decided to find out where is my Jacket I phoned a man answered and said it is in capetown they are bussy fixing it. Another week goes by no update I called again the 2nd of July asking where it is, I asked the person where is my Jacket she said she will call me back with an update still today no update. I will never in my life refer someone to buy at trappers I will tell evaryone I know of this, no one should have this non existing service.
